Charter of the Foundation

The Mother Earth Foundation was created with the mission to act as the senior governance entity to a handful of related and interested entities at its founding to provide independent oversight.

While the world is plagued with corruption, deceit and bad actors looking to enrich themselves through manipulating and gaming the systems, the Foundation has taken a reasonable common-sense approach to the environment, governance and sustainability.

While the world desperately calls out for transparency and legitimate straightforward up and down business dealings, we adopt self-evident truths that guide the principles of the Foundation:

• We all love our children
• We are all the sons and daughters of Mother Earth
• We only have one Mother Earth
• We should strive to leave this earth better than when we came into it
• There is power in numbers
• No one person or entity is going to fix Mother Earth’s ESG problems
• It takes a village

These truths are not political. They are not national. They are human. They are the foundation upon which we build a new kind of leadership for our planet.
